Monday -Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Otherwise, the Front Security Gate remains CLOSED and can be accessed by entering the current code into the key pad at the front entrance to the subdivision or by purchasing a remote clicker from the SLPOA (Order Clicker).
This code does get changed from time to time, so it is advisable that residents utilizing this code visit the HOA Contact Info Page and complete the contact info form as well as the preferred method(s) of communication to ensure notice of any code changes.
*** Residents wishing to alter the gate schedule should get pre-approval by contacting property management in advance via the Contact Us Form. Tampering with the gate control box is expressly forbidden except in emergency situations or if gate is malfunctioning and attempts to contact the property management are unsuccessful. The security gate is to remain closed according to the above schedule for the protection and safety of ALL of the residents and their belongings.
Each household may purchase up to four(4) remote "clicker" devices for easier access to the property. These clickers are available to residents with a deposit of $40 each. Please click here to Order Clickers: Order Clicker.
Large trucks, vehicles with large trailers, dump trucks, cement trucks and other construction related vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to enter or exit through the front security gate but may enter at a separate, more accommodating entrance/exit accessed via Jim Mizell Road. Please contact property management at sandstonelakesresort@gmail.com for information in regard to this additional entrance and how to gain access. This gate is locked, so access must be prearranged.
